Fred Pitts

Fred Pitts, the Founding Member of 505 Financial Solutions LLC, based in Bowie Maryland. Fred’s vision is inspired by a spiritual revelation that 505 Financial Solutions wealth building strategies can be duplicated to help “50 friends achieve Multi-Millionaire status in 5 Years”.

Fred’s mission for 505 is to provide a much needed financial literacy solution to local communities through financial education and advocacy. The organization’s goals focus specifically in the area of credit management, community reinvestment, and business solutions that impacts the economy.

Fred brings over 35 years of corporate management experience to 505 Financial Solutions. He has served in management capacities as a Business Development Specialist, Director of Training, Sales Manager, Retail Manager/Owner and entrepreneur of over 30 years to his credit. He has worked with McDonald’s corporation, MCI/WorldCom, Prime America, US Postal Service, and Mercedes Benz. Fred is also the co-Founder of TLC assisted Living & Child Care Services, LLC d/b/a as Whiz Kidz Interactive Learning programs located in Lanham Md. Additionally, Fred entered the Multi- level marketing industry over 5 years ago with companies such as Organo Gold, It Works and FES-Financial Education Services.

Before launching 505 Financial Solutions, Fred worked in the credit repair service industry for the last five years gaining hands on experiences, skills and knowledge to help his clients gain a comprehensive outlook and understanding of how credit is the greatest factor in individual and a family’s financial future.

Under Fred’s leadership, 505 Financial Solutions has developed strategic partnerships to provide clients with up to the minute technology to monitor credit online and raise their credit scores using underutilized reporting methods.

Monica Pitts

Corporate Trainer


Comedian at heart, Monica leads 505 as a Corporate Trainer and compliance expert. Monica obtained her Masters in Adult Education at University of Phoenix. She received her bachelor’s degree in Child Adolescent Studies from Bowie State University. She has a passion for generosity and believes that teaching is her opportunity to share her blessings. As the parent of a young child, Monica works to motivate single-mothers to achieve greatness. She believes you should look, feel and work at optimum levels. Monica values integrity, loyalty and wisdom and integrates such ethics into each training session she leads. Monica serves on Board of Directors and Vice President for Whiz Kidz Interactive Learning Center. She is a girl scout troop leader and PG Community Family Advocate.

Nichole Pitts

Corporate Trainer, Human Resources


Nichole Pitts serves as the Business Development, Marketing and Human Resources leader for 505 Financial Solutions. Nichole is a graduate of University of Maryland College Park and earned her MBA in Human Resources. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership. As a 15 year business owner and consultant, Nichole guides new organizations from creation to effective start up and beyond. As a firm believer in family first, Nichole strives to promote and strengthen family services programs. She believes that the financial health of a family can impact open communication, mental and physical wellness under strong spiritual connection. She serves on the Board of Directors for TLC Assisted Living and Child Care Services, LLC and has worked in Event Management, Human Resources, Payroll, and Finance for federal and state government agencies and contractors, non-profit corporations, and churches.

Nichole’s favorite Bible Verse is Kings 3:14 “And if you walk in obedience to me and keep my decrees and commands as David your father did, I will give you a long life.” (…but really all of Kings Chapter 3 is her favorite!)

Teyana Hudson

Executive Business Manager


Teyana Hudson serves as the Executive Business Manager for 505 Financial Solutions. She earned her MBA in Accounting and Finance at Florida Institute of Technology. Teyana obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Stillman College. Teyana has gained vast amount of managerial experience in social media management, training, administrative, retail, and human resources. Following her dreams as an entrepreneur, she has provided consulting services for multiple small businesses. Her ultimate dream is to provide passageways for the community to follow that will allow them to become free thinkers and instill self- confidence in life’s endeavours. Her passion for education has provided her the opportunity to assist with developing an alternative charter school for Washington DC residents. As a founding member of Skylyne Foundation, Teyana advocates and provides meals for the homeless in Washington DC and Baltimore, MD. She lives by the philosophy;
